Hedgehogs
Hedgehogs eat mainly invertebrates and will also eat birds, lizards, eggs and fruit.
A small population of hedgehogs is known to exist around the Oban township of Rakiura. More research is needed to understand the distribution and density of the hedgehog population on Rakiura.
