Otago Daily Times reporter Laura Smith visited Rakiura/Stewart Island in July to speak to one of the many people involved in the fight to tip the scales in favour of our native species - Phil Tisch, Department of Conservation partnerships manager, and Rakiura acting operations manager.

In this story, Phil outlines our Predator Free Rakiura project and gives an update about where it is at. Read the original Otago Daily Times story here.
